These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the net33 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing net33, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal adult in your jurisdiction. One account per person is permitted. Providing false registration details is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification and are processed within five business hours via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or supported e-wallets.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, staking patterns designed to clear requirements with minimal risk, or fraudulent deposit activity — voids all bonuses.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Net33 will never ask for your password. Any unauthorised access must be reported immediately. Two-factor authentication is available and strongly recommended.
Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software, arbitrage strategies across promotional offers, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account suspension, withholding of funds, and possible legal action.
Net33 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and provides deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion at player request. We actively refer players showing signs of problem gambling to professional support organisations.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and net33 (the "Company"). By creating an account or using any service on the net33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

To register and maintain an Account on the net33 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:
Age Verification: Net33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts where age cannot be confirmed will be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings accumulated prior to successful age verification may be withheld.
You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your jurisdiction. Net33 does not provide legal advice and makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one Account — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, a different device, or the same or different payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Net33 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate Accounts will be closed and any Balance or Bonus Funds therein forfeited.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance. Net33 reserves the right to require supporting documentation to verify any registration detail at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Net33 will never contact you to request your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify net33 customer support immediately. Net33 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain adequate Account security.
An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as inactive. Net33 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 per month to dormant Accounts after written notice has been provided to the registered email address. Accounts that reach a zero Balance while inactive may be closed. You may reactivate an inactive Account at any time by contacting customer support and completing any required re-verification steps.
Net33 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed. Net33 also reserves the right to request KYC documents at any point during a Player's account lifecycle, including after large deposits or unusual betting patterns.

All documents must be legible, unobstructed, and submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. Net33 will process KYC submissions within two business days. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until verification is complete.
Net33 accepts deposits via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
The minimum single deposit is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier. Standard Accounts carry a single-transaction maximum of Rp 50.000.000. VIP-tier Accounts may be granted higher limits upon request and subject to additional verification.
Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to your Account in real time under normal operating conditions. Net33 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider, including scheduled maintenance windows, public holidays, or network disruptions. Deposits from third-party accounts — i.e., bank accounts or e-wallets not registered in the Player's own name — are not accepted and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees charged by the sending institution.
Net33 does not charge a deposit fee. Any transaction fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are the Player's responsibility.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet that: (a) is registered in the Player's own name; (b) matches the name on the Player's verified KYC documents; and (c) was used, or is of the same type used, to make at least one deposit to the Account. Net33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The minimum single withdrawal is Rp 50.000. Standard daily withdrawal limits are Rp 100.000.000. VIP members may apply for elevated limits via their dedicated account manager.
Net33 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for fully verified Accounts during normal operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed first thing the following morning. Bank transfer settlement is subject to the receiving bank's own clearing schedules. Net33 accepts no liability for delays occurring within the banking system after a transfer has been dispatched.
Net33 reserves the right to conduct additional security and AML checks on withdrawal requests, particularly where: the withdrawal amount is significantly larger than typical deposit patterns; the Account has recently had a password reset; or automated risk systems flag unusual betting activity. Such reviews will be completed within 24 hours and the Player notified by email.
All bonuses and promotions offered by net33 are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30× (thirty times) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 carries a wagering requirement of Rp 3.000.000. Only wagers on eligible games count towards wagering requirements. The eligible game contribution rates are as follows:
Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire 7 days from the date the bonus is credited to the Account, unless the specific promotion terms state a longer period. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.
The following actions constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in Account suspension:
Net33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already credited and actively being wagered.
All sports bets are subject to the official rules of the relevant sport and the specific market rules published in net33's sportsbook. In cases of ambiguity, net33's decision is final. Net33 offers markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup, and other major competitions. Asian handicap (voor bola) and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to their respective rule sets, available in the sportsbook help section.
Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended, voided, or settled at net33's discretion if a data feed error, communications failure, or match incident renders accurate real-time pricing impossible. Bets accepted during a period of manifest pricing error will be voided and stakes returned.
All slot and RNG (random number generator) table game outcomes are determined by independently certified random-number-generation systems. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate and audited. Net33 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a game malfunction or software error, all affected bets are voided and stakes returned.
The togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) section covers draws from SGP (Singapore), HK (Hong Kong), SDY (Sydney), and Macau markets. Results are sourced from official draw publications. Net33 is not responsible for delays in official result announcements. In the event that an official draw is postponed, cancelled, or voided by the issuing authority, all associated bets on that draw will be void and stakes returned.
Net33 reserves the right to cap any single payout at Rp 500.000.000 per day per Player across all game types combined. Progressive jackpot wins are subject to their own payout schedules as advertised by the game provider. Net33 will notify affected Players and arrange scheduled payout instalments where applicable.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the net33 Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and may result in civil or criminal legal action:

All content on the net33 Platform — including but not limited to the net33 logo, brand name, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of net33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activity. You may not reproduce, copy, publish, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from net33.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, net33 shall not be liable for:
Net33's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Net33's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
Net33 processes personal data to fulfil its contractual obligations to you, to comply with legal and regulatory requirements (including KYC and AML obligations), and to provide a secure and personalised Platform experience. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting net33 customer support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method. Accounts under active bonus wagering requirements will have Bonus Funds forfeited upon closure.
Net33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure, your licence to use the Platform terminates immediately. Net33 will return any verified Balance remaining in your Account, less any amounts owed to net33 (e.g., outstanding fees or chargebacks), within 10 business days. Bonus Funds are forfeited on termination regardless of the initiating party.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which net33 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through net33's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws applicable in your country of residence. Indonesian players retain any mandatory consumer protections afforded under Indonesian law to the extent such protections cannot be lawfully excluded.
Net33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to fee structures, withdrawal limits, or Player rights — net33 will provide not less than 14 days' advance written notice to the registered email address of each active Account holder.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining Balance.
